To meet the needs of our rapidly expanding business, we are hiring several positions including Field Service Technicians, Sales Managers. 1. Field Service Technician
Number of Openings: 15
Base Location: USA and Canada
Hourly Rate: $25.00-$75.00

Job Responsibilities:
·Installation, debugging, and maintenance of laser machines, bending, automation, and machine tools. Provide training to customers and perform equipment maintenance.
·Collect, organize, and provide feedback on equipment issues.
·Use communication tools such as phone, email, and apps to provide remote guidance and resolve equipment problems.
·Prepare service reports or logs.

Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical automation, electromechanical integration, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields.
·Ability to read mechanical and circuit diagrams.
·Proficient in using various measuring and testing tools such as multimeters and calipers.
·Proficiency in Chinese and effective communication in English with customers regarding equipment issues.
·Good communication and coordination skills.
·Ability to adapt to frequent business trips.

2. Sales Manager
Number of Openings: 15
Base Location: Throughout the USA (assigned based on the applicant's state)
Monthly Salary: $3,500-$6,000 plus commission

Job Responsibilities:
·Develop and maintain new and existing customers and agents in the assigned state.
·Research and analyze the local market and formulate plans.
·Achieve company-set performance targets.

Requirements:
·Associate degree or higher, with preference given to those with majors in mechanical equipment and marketing.
·Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
·Minimum of 3 years of work experience is preferred.
·Good communication and coordination skills.
·Proactive and adaptable to frequent business trips.
