Location: Media City, Dubai (On-Site)
Schedule: Shift-based, six working days with one day off with shift allowance based on the timing (mid and night shift only)

Job Responsibilities
Customer Consultation and Complaint Handling:
Accept and respond to customer inquiries.
Record customer consultations and complaints accurately.
Provide feedback and solutions in accordance with established processes.
Customer Needs and Feedback:
Identify and understand customer needs and opinions in a timely manner.
Record and report customer insights effectively.
Problem-Solving and Service Excellence:
Deliver complete and accurate solutions to customer queries.
Resolve customer issues and provide high-quality, satisfactory service.
Customer Retention and Maintenance:
Conduct follow-ups and maintain relationships with customers.
Manage service orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
One-Stop Solutions:
Provide a full set of consulting and after-sales services to address customer needs comprehensively.

Job Requirements
Educational Background:
College degree or higher.
Fluency in Chinese (mandatory) with the ability to communicate in English for daily interactions.

Skills and Qualities:
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent service-oriented mindset.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule:
Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
Six working days with one day off per week.
