宝妈是中国人从小在美国接受英文教育，所以中文很差，宝爸只讲英文。第四胎宝宝，大宝们有别的阿姨负责。要求月嫂最好会基本英文，一点都不会的可能你也不好意思应聘吧，有点基础的加上手机翻译才能更好地沟通交流。希望能尊重宝妈的带娃方法去工作，例如新生婴儿每次换尿片时把一下尿，从未试过的不用担心，宝妈会以过来人的经验亲自示范和指导。白天做宝妈及家人的餐食，不需要严格按照中式月子餐标准，饮食清淡营养均衡即可，ABC家庭因思维方式等同外国人比较会尊重和体谅月嫂。下午有休息时间,宝妈及家人会在月嫂忙碌和休息时负责照顾小宝宝。

时间：宝妈的预产期大约7月初，但她预感是6月21日至6月27日之间会生产，毕竟是第四胎了。需要请月嫂工作52天至60天，做多少天就发多少天的工资。

地点：旧金山

待遇：每26天工资$8000，即是每天工资为8000/26约为$308美元，月嫂必需到时人在加州境内，旧金山或洛杉矶都可以，来回路费可报销，由于工作时间横跨7月4日美国法定假日，当天工作的发双倍薪资或者休息一天。

以下是部份工作合同内容（以英文为准）：

Newborn care: mixed breast milk or formula feeding, bathing the baby, changing diapers.  Machine wash/hand wash baby clothes.  Do a good job of umbilical care and disinfection, buttocks care, keep dry, and prevent eczema infection.  Help babies do exercises to help them adjust their sleep.  Observe and deal with the baby's physical condition at any time, such as appetite, food intake, body temperature, crying, vomiting, defecation, jaundice, etc.

Cooking and making three meals a day for the whole family with related kitchen cleaning.

Simple chores include: wash baby bottles and clothes etc.

Party B has the right to enjoy statutory holidays, such as: 

1. New Year (January 1st) 

2. Memorial Day (the last Monday in May) 

3. Labor Day (the first day of September) Monday) 

4. Independence Day National Day (July 4) 

5. Thanksgiving Day (the last Thursday in November) 

6. Christmas Day (December 25) 

Party A will give Party B Double salary must be paid as required. Party A is responsible for Party B's round trip travel expenses to and from work. Party A will provide Party B with fruits and lunch breaks appropriately during work.
