•编辑规划：挖掘热点话题，制定并维护编辑日程，以确保内容的及时发布，并最大限度地提升各大社交媒体平台上的用户互动度。

• 数据分析：利用数据分析工具优化内容策略，监测用户互动率，并识别中国社交媒体上的热门内容趋势。

、社区互动：主动发布内容，通过评论和私信与粉丝互动，促进社群建设并提升用户参与度。

【任职要求】

V 市场营销、传播或相关领域的学士学位

V 具备在微信、小红书等中国社交媒体平台上管理和拓展社群的经验

V 必须具备母语级别的普通话能力，并拥有出色的文案撰写与口头表达能力

V 优秀的意大利语书面和口语能力

V 具备社交媒体分析经验，能够评估内容的表现并优化

About the job

Italian Lifestyle Srl is an innovative SME working in the field of commercial and touristic exchanges between Italy and China. We are seeking a vibrant and creative Content Creation Supervisor to work on, coordinate and monitor the content creation process in China social media platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who is methodical and organized, passionate about creating engaging content and has a keen eye for the analytical aspects of social media trends and user engagement. If you are a dynamic, creative and proactive communicator immersed in the China digital ecosystem, we want you!

Responsibilities:

• Process supervision: supervise the content creation process to make sure delivery is timely and of the highest quality standards. Assign topics, prepare briefs, review content (copy and design), supervise editing and communicate with client

• Editorial Planning: Find topics, develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery and maximize engagement across all social media channels.

• Analytics: Utilize data analytics to refine content strategies, monitor engagement rates, and identify successful content trends on social media platforms popular in China.

• Community Engagement: Actively post content, engage with followers through comments and messages to foster a community and enhance user interaction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and data analysis teams to create synergistic content that drives both creativity and analytical insight.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proficient in managing and growing social media presence on platforms like WeChat and Little Red Book.

• MANDATORY Native proficiency in Mandarin with exceptional copywriting and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent writing and speaking skills in Italian

• Experience in social media analytics and content performance measurement.
